  The staff is very helpful and courteous. They will spend as much time with you as needed when planning your hot tub, pool and chemical purchases. Water testing is free to anyone, even if you didn't purchase your hot tub from them. They will also give you advice on any issues you may be having with your system, even if you didn't purchase it from them! A+++

  We have always had a very good experience with Ohana Pools and Spa. Even though we did not purchase our Spa from them they were very helpful in getting it up and running. The technician that came out to repair some broken things on our used Spa was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went above and beyond to fix a couple extra things. They offer free water testing and are very helpful in letting us know what is needed to make sure our water is clean and the spa continues to run properly for a long time.
