  Okay I saw that the only review for this store was one star and I wanted to set a few things straight from that grumpy review because this is literally the best store in Urbana. 1) None of their products are fake! They are all imported directly from the brands themselves in Korea and are 100% real. I have no idea why someone thought they were fake. 2) They have a "no return" policy on certain cosmetics because that's unsanitary. Seriously, how do you plan on returning a sheet mask? That's ludicrous. Not only are the beauty products the real deal but they have a huge selection-- tons of luxury goods in addition to more affordable alternatives. 2) The quality is wonderful. Every piece of clothing I've bought there has lasted me well. The items are generally made with 100% of whatever material they are made of, so some items may need dry cleaned. This person probably just washed a delicate piece of clothing incorrectly. So there you have it. Dear; 72 is an adorable store with incredibly friendly workers and wonderful products. They even have a loyalty program if you shop there a lot! So go have a look around, buy yourself a nice sheet mask, and tell Johnny that Michelle says hi.
